Stuart Crane, a database application developer, and Jeff Johnston, a home infusion therapy RN, met in 1991 and over the next two years created the first version of CPR+. They formed Definitive Homecare Solutions (D.H.S.) in 1993 to bring CPR+ to the home infusion therapy industry as an easy-to-use and functionally complete software application. Our first customer began using CPR+ in May of 1993 and since then, over 1,850 Home Infusion, HME, and Specialty Pharmacy companies in all 50 states have implemented CPR+.
Our customers range in size from small, single site providers to very large multi-site providers and everything in between. Our largest customer runs a $1B+ per year operation filling thousands of prescriptions per day with CPR+. What matters most to our customers, regardless of their size, are results! We've recently released two new modules (CPR+ Web Portal and CPR+ Smartphone), and we continue to improve CPR+ in the areas of electronic billing, meeting new insurance form regulations, Pharmacy Calculations, compatibility with existing IT infrastructures, and other associated enhancements. Our partnership and full integration with Medical Specialties Distributors provides huge advantages to CPR+ home infusion and HME providers.
